Rhodium 45 Technologies (“Rhodium 45”, “we”) provides armored vehicle hire with a professional chauffeur from 5002C Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you use our app and website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address and mobile number, so we can confirm your booking and reach you about it.
• Booking details — the vehicle, dates, whether you chose delivery or showroom collection, and a delivery address if you gave one.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers; we receive a reference to the payment and the card’s last four digits.
• Identity verification — before a booking is confirmed we may ask for a government photo ID and a selfie, checked by our verification provider, to confirm who is travelling.
• Lease and purchase enquiries — the details you send when asking about a lease or a build.
• Device information — basic technical data such as browser type, collected automatically to keep the service secure and working, and a small setting stored on your device to remember that you have seen the opening film.

How we use it

• To take, confirm, deliver and support your booking, including assigning your chauffeur.
• To collect the deposit and the balance at handover, and to apply the cancellation policy you agreed to.
• To send booking confirmations, receipts and service messages by email or text.
• To follow up on a booking you started but did not finish, and to answer enquiries.
• To prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and protect our vehicles and staff.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the service, each bound to use your data solely for that purpose:

• Stripe — payments and identity verification.
• Netlify — hosting and data storage for the app.
• Email and text message providers — to deliver confirmations and service messages.
• Your assigned chauffeur — your name, phone number and the handover address, to complete your trip.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect the safety of our customers and staff.

Safety alerts and weather

The Shield tab shows public crime-incident and weather information for the areas you choose. Places you save are used only to personalise those alerts.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing messages, by emailing support@rhodium45.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept where the law requires it.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, payment data is handled by Stripe, and access to booking records is limited to the staff who need it.

Children

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
